  1. Primero. REMITIR, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia al Juzgado
  2. Primero. Penal del Circuito de Barranquilla, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela de Wilson Montero Rada contra la Oficina de Prevencion de Desastres del Departamento del Atlantico y la Direccion de Las Umata del Departamento del Atlantico.
  3. Segundo. COMUNICAR, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto a la Sala de Decision Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
  4. Tercero. COMUNICAR, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto a la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
